BOSS U16 Green Display Tremendous Grit in Thrilling Battle Against Fleet Flyers
BOSS U16 Green opened the contest with remarkable intensity, executing on both ends of the floor to set the tone early. Nicholas and Henry provided immediate scoring punch attacking the basket, while Max established early dominance on the boards. The defensive communication and sharp ball movement allowed BOSS to build a confident 15-9 lead by the end of the first quarter.
Fleet Flyers pushed back in the second frame to edge ahead by two at the break, but BOSS responded with tremendous composure after halftime. Locking down defensively in the third quarter, BOSS held Fleet to just 8 points while Henry, Logan, and Max orchestrated a composed 16-point surge. Entering the fourth quarter with a 42-36 advantage, the team showed great tactical discipline and hustle.
The final frame proved to be an intense, high-energy battle as Fleet found their rhythm from distance and capitalized on late transition opportunities to close out a 60-54 contest. Despite falling just short in the closing minutes, BOSS demonstrated outstanding teamwork, physical rebounding, and unselfish play throughout the game, providing a fantastic foundation to build upon.
